Wearing a party goers hat, Scarf and Pipe during a 20's night for this photo.

Events, Cabaret, Wedding and Portrait Photographer.

I achieved my ARPS (Associate of The Royal Photographic Society) in professional documentary photography early 2010 and went full time with photography in 2011, specializing in events and portraiture.

I’m highly experienced in studio and events work and keep up with exhibitions and personal projects as well as teaching photography workshops for beginner and advanced students.

I’ve had work published in Tatler, Italian Vogue, The Telegraph, regularly with Viva Le Rock Magazine, This Is Cabaret Website, and a recent cover and feature in Et Alors and a Cover for Your Sussex Wedding Magazine.

I am currently doing work for some great art organisations, including the iconic De La War Building in Sussex and The Kevin Spacey Foundation.

In the past I have had some eclectic club residencies with avant-garde and cabaret nights and am now covering more themed parties and weddings, and spending more time in the studio doing portraiture. I am still resident for the award winning cabaret night, The Double R Club.

I also ran a blog for a photography art group called PhotoHastings, which gives me access to great resources and contacts on the art photography side of things.

I’ve also shot and designed A Cabaret Calendar two years running raising money for cancer charities in the UK.  It is organized by Rose Thorne, one of the producers of the The Double R Club, and looks set to continue with huge support from the worldwide Cabaret community.

I am a worldly person that loves working with people, which are my inspiration and fascination. I sometimes think of photography as akin to philosophy and anthropology, which in part is about observing the world and cultures within it. I haven’t drawn too many conclusions yet but hope to bring that into my project work.

With this new photo management website I can offer products globally and have one place to direct people I take pictures for.
Please look around and get in contact if you’d like to discuss a commission.
